Jennifer Lamb’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and private investment funds, including private fund formation, international and domestic tax structuring, real estate syndications, mergers and acquisitions and general contractual matters, as well as complex commercial litigation matters. With a foundation in business litigation, Jennifer brings valuable insight regarding the mitigation of clients’ risks and liabilities to the transactional setting.
Jennifer is a member of Platt Richmond’s dynamic corporate section, where she often assists clients with drafting Regulation D offering documents, structuring of private investment funds with U.S. and foreign assets and persons, preparation of company operating agreements and related formation documents, assisting the tax partner on deal structuring, including a cross-border B-reorganization, and various other related matters.
Prior to joining Platt Richmond, Jennifer gained valuable experience by working on business litigation proceedings in state and federal court, such as partnership conflicts, creditor’s rights disputes and claims under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Additionally, she has experience with real property transactions while working in-house at a commercial real estate group.
